Web-based software reduces costs to your organization
in several ways. To begin with, our production
costs are lower with web-based software because there are no CDs to create or distribute. Because our overhead is lower, we are able
to pass these savings on to you.
With web-based software, there is also reduced cost in setup and support. There is nothing to
install and all upgrades happen remotely and quickly, greatly reducing your initial setup costs and saving you time and money.
The only hardware requirement for web-based software is Internet access. While it may benefit your
organization to upgrade your network with more memory or newer computers, these upgrades are not necessary to use and benefit
from GiftsFriends&Time fundraising software. We want to help your organization raise money, not spend money.
With the lower costs of producing and providing web-based software, we are able to price GiftsFriends&Time to make it affordable to you.
Because we designed GiFT to be intuitive, we believe that you will be able to use it and benefit from it in
a very short amount of time. We provide our clients with an easy-to-read user manual that gives detailed information about the
features of GiFT and instructions on how to best utilize these features. To make sure your organization gets the most out of
GiftsFriends&Time fundraising software, we offer up to two hours of free email and phone support to one contact person during your first 90 days of use.
Licensing/Setup fee: $299.00
Monthly web-hosting and maintenance fee (includes backups and upgrades):
A one-time fee that allows unlimited access to the software to as many people as you choose for your entire agency.
- Up to 3,000 names in database: $50.00 a month
- 3,001-5,000 names in database: $75.00 a month
- 5,001-10,000 names in database: $125.00 a month
- 10,001-20,000 names in database: $200.00 a month
- Each additional 10,000 names: add $200.00 a month
We offer two options for data import based on your financial and technical needs. Pricing begins at $295.
Training: We offer user training sessions throughout the year at our office. The fee for attending this training is $75 per person.
We are also glad to provide training for you and your staff outside of our scheduled training events.
Training for your agency at our office:
$100 per hour (up to 10 agency associates can attend).
Training for your agency at your location:
$100 per hour for training and travel, plus mileage and expenses reimbursement.
Support: During your first 90 days of use, we offer free phone and email support for two hours to one contact person in your organization. Further email and phone support is $100 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments.
